RR11 ( A ) and 23 ( MSA14 ) ( B ) were intravenously injected into n = 2 and n = 4 mice, respectively, and imaged at 2, 6, and 24 h with a dose of 500 and 100 µM. The fluorescence signal in the tumors (*), liver (#), limb (†), spine (‡) and background in the flank muscle (yellow square), is presented in one representative mouse. All animals were euthanized when indicated and “ex vivo” NIR FLI was performed.
